Philanthropy Events

Since 1936, Delta Gamma's Philanthropy has been Service for Sight. We are dedicated to aiding the blind and visually impaired. Delta Gamma chapters nationwide have contributed over $2.8 million in grants to organizations and schools in support of our philanthropy, Service for Sight.

Throughout the year, we support our motto of "Do Good" in various ways:

-Volunteering at Tri for Sight, triathlon/duathlon, to help raise money for the UK Eye Research Fund.

-Helping out Legacy Reserve and the Visually Impaired Preschool(VIPS) in Lexington by planning holiday parties and volunteering for -various functions.

-Writing Christmas cards for active military overseas.

-Raising money for Service for Sight through our biggest events of the year: Anchor Splash and Anchor Bowl.
